These tours book up quickly & bookings are made on a first come, first served bases. Bookings can only be accepted with a deposit.

Seating Arrangements

On any bus, not all seats are equally desirable. On these kind of “Bus Tours” this usually presents a real problem to most travel groups, as a result they have to make pre-trip seating assignments and strictly enforce them throughout the trip. This is not necessary, with the friends. The exercising of loving-kindness usually ensures that consideration is shown to all. If a problem should arise, a friendly reminder en-rout usually solves the problem.

Children’s Prices

Children’s rates are usually listed in the tour brochure. For Children prices they must be sharing a room with two full paying adults. Children 4 years and under please call for special rates.

Note: Parents when taking a little child please bring a sleeper or car seat with you. Small children are not allowed to sit on your lap and must have their own seat for safety on all bus tours.

Proof of Citizenship

Is required on all tours traveling to Canada or anywhere else outside the USA. When departing and entering the USA all passengers must have a valid Passport,. If you have a non-US passport you must check with your Embassy regarding your possible need for a Visa.

Triple and Quad Accommodations

Triple and quads, usually have only 2 double beds in a room. But a cot or roll away can be brought in at a minimal cost.

Bad Weather Policy

Any tour being canceled due to hazardous road conditions will have an alternate date or a full credit if no alternate date is given. Unfortunately at that late date No Refunds can be given.

Cancellation Policy (Cancellations Must be in Writing)

All deposits are basically none refundable. Also if one cancels after the final payment date, one will lose any non-recoverable tour costs. A credit will be issued for any remaining balance. Cancellations within the final week of 1-4 day tours, and 4 weeks of 7 or more day tours usually result in total loss of purchase price of the tour. Please check the “Cancellation Sliding Scale Penalties Policy” for each tour. - Travel Cancellation Insurance is available and is recommended….

“Premier Tours” acts solely as an agent in arranging transportation, hotel accommodation and other services and does not assume any liability for injury, loss, damage, accident or delays due to any act or default of any other company or person engaged in transporting passengers or rendering any other service or carrying out arrangements for any tour or by the act of default on any hotel property or servant. “Premier Tours” will not be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by late departures, change of schedule, strikes, or any occurrence or circumstance outside of our control, nor are we responsible for negligent and / or omission of the provider of the service. By utilizing our service you agree that neither “Premier Tours” nor any other of its agents or employees shall be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or those traveling with you in connection with any of the traveling services or resulting directly or indirectly from any and all occurrence or condition. If circumstances warrant it, we reserve the right to revise the itinerary of any tour for the comfort, well-being and advantage of our patrons. We reserve the right to cancel any tour and refund moneys paid or to substitute another tour of equal value. We shall not be responsible for any tour interruptions or cancellations due to conditions or circumstances beyond our control. We are free of responsibility for any liability occurring for any reason due to a travel agency failure to deliver partial or inadequate service. “Premier Tours” Responsibility is strictly limited, we act only as an agent for the passengers in all matters connected with motor-coach, air, hotel, cruise lines, tour guides and restaurants.

NOTICE

Although these trips are only for Jehovah’s Witnesses and their believing family members, this is a private arrangement and has nothing to do with the Watchtower Society. Therefore this material should not be taken to our meetings, or distributed indiscriminately among the brotherhood. However if anyone should ask about our special travel arrangements for the friends we do not mind you telling them about us. Thank you.
